What I love: Jaden is an actual chef who knows her shit. (Unlike certain unnamed cretins who gasp over the joys of EVOO and throw together horrendous half hour gastronomic disasters punctuated by an overenthusiastic YUMMO! GAH GAG ME)
She swears. I like cursing. Nothing makes me giggle like reading "This yellowtail snapper just doesn't look so happy. Ok. I know, I know. He's not chipper because he's fucking dead."
She throws awesome contests like The Great Vanilla Bean Giveaway.
(Potentially) Free vanilla beans? Oh hell yes.
